We take maximum guarantees to ensure the quality of our products and are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your purchases. If, despite all our efforts, this is not the case, you have a period of 15 days to return your package and request a credit, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ATTENTION: For obvious hygiene reasons, fragility, and in accordance with the Consumer Code (article 121-21-8), items such as tights, stockings, knee-highs, ankle socks, or socks should not have been tried on.
If it is established that a product is returned to us after being worn, even if the said item has been washed, we will systematically refuse the return request for hygiene reasons. The product may then be returned to you, with shipping costs at your expense.
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at elegance (@) mlleg (dot) fr and send your item to: MADEMOISELLE GRENADE 27 Allée de Givet, 72100 Le Mans.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your credit, exchange, or refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Items purchased on Mademoiselle Grenade's shop at sale prices are not eligible for exchange.
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you cannot request a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In fact, return costs are not covered by Mademoiselle Grenade.
When sending us your package, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
